Thus, we need a better technology that allows efficient management of future pandemics through early detection of diseases, and helps in preventing its spread as well.
Our technology can be a portable, non-invasive device, that can accurately and precisely detect VOCs and diagnose diseases in real-time! LumiNose can be used effectively in early diagnosis of chronic illnesses such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, & Parkinson’s, etc., and even novel diseases (such as Covid-19) .
Apart from effective diagnosis of human diseases such as Malaria, LumiNose would also be equally effective in diagnosing plant & animal diseases as well! Not only would you be able to fingerprint the patterns, but also assess the severity of the disease!
Industries have to rely on stringent quality control measures to assure consistent products for the market. Legal liabilities also play a role in ensuring the implementation of proper quality assurance measures. Current sensors in the market used for quality-detection, are not as sensitive and cannot effeciently distinguish VOCs from a complex sample.
Our solution is a biosensor that can detect VOCs present in extremely low quantities. Industries like pharma/food/chemical can rely on a portable device that can be used in the non-invasive detection of VOCs of products. LumiNose can be used in production/operational activities, where it can be a reliable indicator for quality control and assurance.
